"Large rainforest animals such as Asian elephants need to be able to travel large distances under forest cover in order to find water and food... Plantations block animals because companies do not keep corridors of forest available for animal movement. Furthermore, elephants may be killed if they "trespass" onto the plantation or search for food outside the forest." From Cruel Oil report (see links). gets into palm oil as biofuel. It is important to note that the term biofuel is misleading as it implies being ecofriendly,which palm oil is not."Agrofuel" is the correct term. This is the start of the worst possible situation for rainforests and their inhabitants.
